Celeste Mastin

Celeste Mastin

CEO

Prior to joining DI, Celeste served as CEO of MMI Products, Inc., a building materials company with branch-based distribution plus manufacturing facilities serving four end-markets.  Celeste spent her early career in the chemical industry and presently serves on the board of Metabolix (NASD: MBLX), a leading edge, bioscience company.   Celeste started her career in sales at Shell Chemical, where she served five years in sales positions of increasing responsibility.  Her sales experience expanded at Bostik, Inc. where she held European, and later global sales management positions.  This global experience led to a role as General Manager of Nitta Findley, Co., a joint venture company formed by Bostik and Nitta Gelatin in Osaka, Japan. Her career at Bostik culminated in the role of Vice President / General Manager of the global Nonwovens Adhesives business.  Following seven years at Bostik, Celeste became the Vice President of Color and Glass Performance Materials at Ferro Corporation, one of four global operating units in the company, and later corporate Vice President of Growth and Development.

 Celeste joined DI with an ambitious expansion agenda, known internally as the drive to 3X or growth three times our present state, and an interest in strengthening the company’s relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.


Brian Crutchfield

CFO

Brian joined Distribution International as CFO in 2015 and his current responsibilities include leading the finance, accounting, IT, and M&A teams.  Prior to DI, he served in several financial leadership roles for HD Supply, most recently as CFO of the Power Solutions Division.  Brian comes to us with a background building financial and business processes in both private and public companies.  He began his career as an auditor at EY and holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia.


Dave Eckelbarger

David Eckelbarger

Vice President, Supply Chain

Dave Eckelbarger joined Distribution International in November of 2015  and is responsible for supply chain organization and functions.  He began his career in the U.S. Army after graduating from West Point.  Past experience includes having held general management supply and support roles in the distribution, manufacturing, and industrial services sectors.  Former employers include Owens Corning, McMaster-Carr Supply Company, and Clean Harbors.  Dave earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert Hlavenka

Vice President/GM — USA

Robert has 26 years of experience in the field of industrial distribution. He served as President and CEO of Thorpe Products prior to the company merging with DI. At Thorpe, he held several positions such as International Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Houston Branch Manager, Division Manager and Vice President of Distribution. Robert joined Distribution International and was named Vice President and GM of U.S. operations in 2012. As VP and General Manager, Robert is accountable for all branch activities.

Robert Case

Vice President/GM — USA

Robert  joined DI in April 2016 and currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for the Coastal Division in the U.S. His responsibilities include P&L and line management for 36 branch locations in 17 states along the East and West Coast. He began his career in the electrical industry in 1985 after attending Clemson University.  Prior to DI Robert spent 15 years with Rexel holding positions as  Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Manager for the Gulf Coast, Division President for the South Central US, and Corporate Vice President of Oil and Gas for the US.

Korey Haun

Vice President/GM — Canada

Korey has 14 years of industry experience and began his career with Crossroads C&I in 2001. In 2012, Distribution International acquired Crossroads C&I, expanding into Canada. Formerly a board member of the Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC), Korey has served as Technical Sales Representative, Sales Manager, VP of Sales and Regional Manager Western Canada, which prepared him for his current position. We manage our business locally in Canada with Korey taking the lead role.

Paco Sinta

Vice President, Human Resources

Paco joined DI in March 2013 and lends his experience having served several large companies including Pharmacia & Upjohn, Wyeth (American Home Products) and Diageo (UDV — Guinness), with his attention focused on talent management, compensation benefits, labor relations and merger and acquisition integration. In the past, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at MMI Products, Inc., where he implemented performance management, succession planning structure, training programs and updated compensation practices. Paco brings a strategic perspective to human resources and is helming the design and implementation of key people management agendas, talent management, training and development, succession planning, and compensation programs at DI.

Dana Vlk

Vice President, Marketing

Dana Vlk is Distribution International’s Vice President of Marketing. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company’s North American marketing efforts, external communications and advertising, and market expansion. As a legacy employee who has been with DI since 1980, she has served in several roles such as sales, operations, purchasing and acquisitions, and now spearheads the marketing group. In these roles and throughout her career, Dana has focused on centralization and procedural implementation with company expansion. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Insulation Association (NIA).
