Polystyrene Board

Polystyrene board is a rigid, closed-cell foam insulation that is durable, moisture resistant, and can withstand a range of temperatures. It is waterproof and commonly used in residential and commercial applications. Polystyrene board insulation can be fabricated as plain or jacketed and is available as expanded polystyrene (EPS) and extruded polystyrene (XPS). Expanded polystyrene insulation boards are more permeable to air and moisture than extruded polystyrene insulation boards. However, EPS boards retain less moisture due to their structure and breathability.
