MY ACCOUNT DASHBOARD

The blue Menu Bar is your central hub for everything you need, it contains the following links:

  • Open Quotes - displays a list of all your open quotes. See Quotes Overview.
  • Open Orders- displays a list of all your open orders. See Order Tracking Information.
  • Order History- displays a list of all past orders. See View Order History
  • My Saved Carts- displays a list of all your saved carts. See My Saved Carts
  • My Product Groups- displays a list of all your product groups. See My Product Groups
  • Quick Order- directs you to the Quick Order screen where you use the speed entry, copy/paste, or file upload methods to quickly upload to a cart. See Quick Order
  • Account Dashboard is a drop-down menu that contains the following functions:
    • Approval Cart List- displays a list of carts available for approval. (Authorized Purchasing Agents and Super Users only)
    • Change Password- allows you to change your password. See Reset Your Password
    • Change Shipping Address- Allows you to change your shipping address if you manage multiple locations.
    • Configure Procurement System(Super Users only)
    • Downloadable Resources- displays list of value-added resources that are intended to help make your job easier which includes: installation instructions, product data sheets, SDS documents, and information about our fabrication services.
    • Edit Contact Information- allows you to edit your contact information.
    • Edit Profile- allows you to edit your profile information.
    • Request Quote- directs you to the Request a Quote form. See Request a Quote
    • User Management(Super Users only)
    • Webinar Series- DI offers the DI 101 Webinar Series to our customers, associates, and partners. These webinars include topics such as industry and technology trends, information about new products, and new application techniques. 
    • Log Out- allows you to log out of CustomerConnect.
