Shur-Fit Products manufactures the small diameter fittings from 1100 series aluminum alloy, commercially pure aluminum, 024 in thickness. It conforms to ASTMB209-10 and ASMESB-209. They are available to fit 90 deg and 45 deg elbow, and tees. Each fitting is made up of two pressed aluminum pieces, for out side diameters as small as 1-1/8 in.

• Factory applied polyester moisture barrier coating on the interior prevents pittng and is engineered to provide extra corrosion and moisture resistance
• The exterior polyester clear coatng is factory applied to maintain the exterior smooth finish and for protect on against oxidaton, corrosion, water, abrasions and finger print staining
• Our 90 and 45 deg elbows come with raised fingers to provide extra rigidity and strength. Space is provided between the fingers to easily fasten the fittng with a strap
• Sizes are printed on the inside of each piece for easy identification
• The 2-piece construction reduces the use of caulking on multiple joints and significantly reduces installation time
• The centerline rib on the heel accommodates the necessary overlap for a precision quality professional fit and finish while adding strength to the fitting
• It is made up of 0.024 in aluminum
