Shur-Fit Products aluminum grooved fittings are produced with 0.024 in thick ultra pure 1100 series aluminum. 100 deg manufactured in north America, the 1100 series aluminum alloy naturally provides a high resistance to corrosion and is a very durable fitting. Our 2-piece pressed aluminum fittings significantly reduce installation and are specially designed to fit all groove lock systems. They eliminate the need for oversized pipe insulation, oversized jacketing, bevels or end caps.

• Factory applied polyester moisture barrier coating on the interior prevents pittng and is engineered to provide extra corrosion and moisture resistance
• The exterior polyester clear coatng is factory applied to maintain the exterior smooth finish and for protect on against oxidaton, corrosion, water, abrasions and finger print staining
• Our 90's, 45's, and tees have insulation steps that are designed to easily accommodate 1 in, 1-1/2 in and 2 in Thick insulation. These dimentions conforms to ASTM 585. The insulation steps provides sizing flexibility on the jobsite and reduces the need for excess inventory. Couplings are designed for each insulation OD.
