Ideal Products 4 in box rib is manufactured from a rolled process which forms a continuous pattern of 1 in high ribs on 4 in centers, engineered for maximum structural stiffness. The 4 in box rib is an industry standard used in industrial applications. Alclad aluminum is a composite, of 7072 aluminum alloy, formed by a metallurgical bonding process. The 7072 aluminum is applied to both sides of an alloy T3004 core. This process is designed for superior corrosion resistance.
