Cut and clip bands are a pre-assembled ready-to-use product. Cut to various sizes our product offers a cost, time and labor saving alternative to field cutting and assembling from bulk packaging. Cut and clip bands offer less scrap and material left on the job site. Assembled from edge conditioned banding, the band is folded onto itself, a wing seal added, then mechanically attached onto itself with a strong interlocking clinch joint. This process locks the wing seal in place and produces a flatter assembled product. The trailing edge of band is mechanically trimmed allowing for safety and ease of assembly.
