Aerocel EPDM sheet and roll insulation is a flexible, closed-cell and lightweight EPDM-based elastomeric foam rubber designed for insulating HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing piping & equipment. Available in thicknesses from 1/4" to 3" with or without a PSA back. Flexible nature makes it a preferred choice for insulating mechnaical equipment with irregular shapes. Aerocel EPDM is chemically non-polar and hydrophobic, which means that it does not induce or react with moisture. EPDM maintains greater UV resistance than NBR/PVC rubber, is naturally microbial-resistant, contains less than 1% PVC content, and is non-corrosive on stainless steel.
