K-Flex Insul-Sheet with PSA is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric sheet insulation product used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on large pipes, ducts (covers), vessels, tanks and equipment. The product's closed-cell structure creates exceptional thermal properties (k-value of 0.245 at 75 deg F and wvt of 0.03 perm-in) that protect against moisture penetration and heat loss or gain within a -40 to 200 deg F temperature range. An easy-to-clean and uniquely tough protective skin on one side of the product provides a better surface to resist moisture and dirt. A pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) with reinforced scrim release liner on the other side reduces installation time and costs. K-Flex Insul-Sheet with PSA is available in 36 x 48 in sheets or 48 in wide rolls upto 1-1/2 in thick. It is non-porous, non-fibrous and resists mold, fungal and bacterial growth. For added protection, it is protected with an EPA approved antimicrobial agent.
