Elastomeric Tape

Elastomeric tape is made of the same material as tubes and sheets but is designed for applications where standard tubing insulation will not suffice. Because it is made of the same material as rolls and sheets, elastomeric foam tape provides the same moisture-resistance and thermal properties. Elastomeric tape can be used to retard heat gain and prevent condensation on cold water lines and reduce heat flow for hot water lines. It is perfectly suited for insulation short lengths of pipe and fittings in hard-to-reach areas where traditional insulation isn’t possible.
