Due to the favorable properties of Nextel 440 ceramic oxide fiber, our products outperform the useful limits of many other high-temperature textiles they are light weight, electrically insulating and flexible. As a wide fabric, Nextel fabric BF-30 is often used as a component in blankets, pillows and articles that are often filled with high-temperature bulk fiber/insulation products. In some cases Nextel fabric BF-30 may be deployed as a lining material directly inside a high-temperature structure that has internal insulation.
