Mineral Wool Batt Insulation

Mineral wool batts are made from inorganic fibers that are derived from a volcanic rock known as basalt. They are precut sheets/rolls of mineral wool insulation that are designed to fit in cavities within frames. Mineral wool is a high-temperature insulation with high-density and hydrophobic properties making it highly fire-resistant, a great acoustic insulator, and resistant to mildew, mold, and fungi growth.
